HOW TO INFUSE: Fill with 12 ounces of gin, refrigerate 3 days, and enjoy for the next 30 days as the basis for 8 craft cocktails. Infuse a 2nd round to double the value. Don’t have 3 days to wait, Fill jar with liquor, without a lid microwave until heated through- never boil. After infusing three days, you are welcome to strain solids from the jar and re-infuse three more days (or microwave) for a second round of cocktails.

RECIPES: 

Mix it cold:

Add to an ice filled glass 1.5 oz. of strained Cucumber G&T. Top with carbonated tonic water and garnish with a squeeze of lime.  

Mix it hot:

Place 1.5 oz. strained shot to a heat proof mug. Add half ounce of tonic syrup, ¼ ounce Camp Simple Citrus, and 3 ½  ounces of hot water. Garnish with a lemon squeeze.  

Zero Proof - Mocktail:

Fill the jar with hot water and allow to cool. Add to an ice filled glass 1.5 oz. strained shot of Camp. Top with carbonated tonic water and garnish with a squeeze of lime.
